Painting -- What is Fuchsia?

Paint is the quickest way to change the look of a room, and your own outlook. A focal wall can be painted in a darker color or a distinct contrast to your other three walls. Broad horizontal stripes that run around a room can widen it. You can try your hand at faux painting or get someone else to paint for you. Paints vary in quality so check out specs before you purchase. There are high quality designer and name brand paints as well as your basic whites etc. Try a few low or no VOC paint (Volatile Organic Compounds) if you want to be greener, or are allergic to chemicals. Many methods of applying paint are useful in order to achieve the look you want. You can use rollers, brushes, sponges and pads, shaggy roller covers and bumpy ones. They all serve a different purpose. Get an extension handle if you want to paint your ceilings. They work great. Wear eye protection when you paint and possibly one of those simple disposable masks.
