Plumbing -- We All Gotta Have It!

Plumbing wears out and then you get leaks. It's as simple as that. When you bought your home you may not have known when the plumbing was last replaced, if ever. Inside your home there are many DIY projects that can be done such as toilet seat replacements, faucet gaskets, even shower head cleaning and maintenance. Underground pipes are a different matter, and getting any stoppages out can be a real pain in the neck. If you have tree roots then a roto-rooter company can drill them out for you and the same if the stoppages are something that your child threw down a drain. If the pipes need replacing then a licensed plumbing company will be the only answer. If done improperly, pipes can burst and then you'd have to dig them up and start over. This is a messy project and can be a big health and safety issue as well.
